ToppersConnect Scholarship Examination Guidelines

1. Introduction

ToppersConnect is an educational platform committed to recognizing academic potential, encouraging healthy competition, and supporting students in their educational journey.

The ToppersConnect Scholarship Examination provides eligible Class 10 students with an opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge, compete with students across India, and qualify for scholarships, cash rewards, and education sponsorship, subject to the applicable eligibility criteria and officially announced award policies.

By registering for the examination, students and their parents or legal guardians agree to comply with these guidelines.

2. Eligibility Criteria

The examination is exclusively for eligible students currently studying in Class 10.

Students must provide accurate personal and academic information during registration.

ToppersConnect may request valid school identification, a school certificate, or other supporting documents to verify Class 10 enrollment.

Any participant found to be studying in a class other than Class 10 will be disqualified from the examination. Their examination results and eligibility for scholarships, cash rewards, or other benefits may be cancelled following verification.

Students who cannot provide valid proof of eligibility when reasonably requested may be disqualified.

Participation in subsequent rounds is subject to qualification in the preceding round and compliance with the applicable examination rules.

Providing false information or misrepresenting eligibility may result in disqualification.

3. Registration Guidelines

Registration must be completed through the official ToppersConnect website: www.toppersconnect.in.

The registration fee is ₹250 per student.

Students must ensure that all registration details are accurate and complete.

Parents or legal guardians should assist students with registration and payment where appropriate.

Registration will be considered complete after the required details and payment have been successfully submitted.

Students should retain their registration confirmation and payment receipt for future reference.

Registration fee refunds, if any, will be handled in accordance with the published refund policy and applicable law.

4. Examination Mode and Schedule

The examination will be conducted online.

The examination date, schedule, duration, syllabus, question format, and instructions will be communicated through official ToppersConnect channels.

Students are responsible for ensuring access to a compatible device and a stable internet connection.

Students must log in and begin the examination within the announced time window.

The examination must be completed within the prescribed duration.

Any changes to the examination schedule or process will be communicated through official announcements.

5. Examination Stages

The ToppersConnect Scholarship Examination will consist of three stages.

Round 1: Qualifying Round

• Eligible registered students will participate in the initial examination.
• Students will be evaluated according to the announced assessment criteria.
• Students meeting the qualifying requirements will advance to the next round.

Round 2: Selection Round

• A maximum of 100 shortlisted students will be eligible to participate in this round.
• Selection will be based on examination performance and the announced eligibility criteria.
• Shortlisted students will be notified through official communication channels.

Round 3: Final Round

• A maximum of 40 selected students will participate in the final round.
• Final rankings and scholarship eligibility will be determined according to the published evaluation criteria.
• Final results and eligible rewards will be communicated after the required verification.

The qualification criteria, selection process, and arrangements for each round will be communicated through official ToppersConnect announcements.

6. Examination Rules and Fair Conduct

All participants must follow these rules:

• Complete the examination independently and honestly.
• Do not seek or provide unauthorized assistance during the examination.
• Do not copy, share, publish, or distribute examination questions or answers without authorization.
• Do not use prohibited materials, unauthorized software, or unfair means.
• Do not impersonate another student or allow another person to take the examination on your behalf.
• Follow all instructions provided before and during the examination.
• Do not attempt to manipulate examination systems, marks, or rankings.

Suspected violations may be investigated by the ToppersConnect examination team. Depending on the circumstances, consequences may include cancellation of an examination attempt, withholding of results, disqualification, or restriction from future participation, subject to applicable policies and law.

7. Evaluation and Rankings

Students will be evaluated using the assessment and scoring criteria announced for the examination.

Rankings may include State Rank and All India Rank (AIR), where applicable.

In the event of a tie, the tie-breaking criteria announced by ToppersConnect will apply.

Rankings and results are subject to eligibility checks and verification of examination records.

ToppersConnect may withhold results while investigating discrepancies or suspected violations.

Official rankings will be confirmed after the verification process is completed.

8. Scholarships, Cash Rewards, and Education Sponsorship

ToppersConnect intends to recognize outstanding performance through cash rewards, scholarships, and educational support, according to the official scholarship structure announced for the relevant examination cycle.

Cash Reward Structure

• Rank 1: ₹2,00,000 (₹2 Lakh)
• Rank 2: ₹1,00,000 (₹1 Lakh)
• Rank 3: ₹75,000 (₹75 Thousand)

In addition to cash rewards, eligible students may be considered for educational support, JEE/NEET education sponsorship, and other scholarship opportunities as officially announced by ToppersConnect.

The following conditions apply:

• Students must meet all eligibility and verification requirements before receiving a scholarship or reward.
• Supporting documents, academic records, and identity or age verification may be required.
• The scope, duration, coverage, and conditions of education sponsorship will be communicated separately.
• Scholarships and rewards are subject to the officially published award policy and applicable legal requirements.
• Any applicable taxes or statutory deductions will be handled in accordance with the law.
• No award is confirmed until the student's eligibility and entitlement have been formally verified.
• Students found ineligible under the Class 10 requirement will not be entitled to claim scholarships, cash rewards, or other examination benefits.

9. Results and Communication

Results will be announced through the official ToppersConnect website or other authorized communication channels.

Students should ensure that their registered contact details remain accurate and accessible.

Results may be withheld temporarily when further verification is required.

Students must respond to reasonable verification requests within the communicated deadline.

Requests for corrections or review must be submitted through the official support channel within the announced period.

10. Technical Issues and Examination Disruptions

Students are responsible for checking their device compatibility and internet connection before the examination.

Technical issues should be reported to the official support team as soon as possible.

ToppersConnect will review reported disruptions and determine an appropriate response based on the circumstances and applicable examination policy.

Additional time, re-examination, or alternative arrangements are not guaranteed and will be considered according to the published rules and the nature of the disruption.

Students must follow any instructions issued by the examination team during a technical incident.

11. Privacy and Student Information

ToppersConnect will handle registration details, examination records, results, and supporting documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

Students and parents or legal guardians should review the Privacy Policy to understand how personal information is collected, used, stored, and protected.

Student photographs, testimonials, results, or other identifiable information will be used for promotional or publicity purposes only in accordance with applicable law and the necessary consent or authorization.

12. Disqualification and Cancellation

ToppersConnect may cancel an examination attempt, withhold a result, or disqualify a participant where there is verified evidence of:

• Enrollment in a class other than Class 10.
• Failure to provide valid proof of Class 10 enrollment when reasonably requested.
• False or misleading registration information.
• Impersonation, cheating, plagiarism, or unauthorized assistance.
• Violation of examination instructions.
• Attempts to manipulate the examination platform, marks, or rankings.
• Material violations of these guidelines or the officially published examination rules.

Where a student is found ineligible, their examination results and eligibility for scholarships, cash rewards, and other benefits may be cancelled following verification. Decisions will be made in accordance with applicable policies and law.

13. Changes to Examination Guidelines

ToppersConnect may update these guidelines when necessary to reflect changes in examination arrangements, eligibility requirements, scholarship policies, or applicable regulations.

Updates will be published through official communication channels with a revised date. Participants should review the latest guidelines before each examination round.

Any material change affecting registered participants will be communicated appropriately and handled in accordance with applicable law.
